Hi! I'm having problems with a phone model (Motorola V710) that is always having error User Not Defined,FAILED, even when having an account for the number. It is not the "having only one account" problem since I have many accounts in the server. What other causes can this behavior have? | |||

Hi Ricardo, This often happens with the first account defined on the server. Go into the MMSC Users list, edit the account and press Ok. That should fix it. If that does not fix the problem, then can you post the complete log entry that you see? Also, it might help to see the MMSCDEBUG.LOG if you could enable it. Also, how is your system setup? Are you manually defining user accounts under "MMSC Users", or are they registering automatically? If registering automatically, it sounds like we might not be receiving MSISDN for the phone ... in which case the MMSCDEBUG.LOG would be a good starting point (but we may ultimately have to look at the RADIUS feed into the WAP proxy). -bn | |||
