See http://www.nowsms.com/documentation/ProductDocumentation/mms_notifications_and_c ontent/Connecting_to_operator_MMSC.htm

Basically, you configure the MM7 connection under the "MMSC Routing" dialog, and make it the default route.

You need to know whether or not your provider is using an Ericsson MMSC. Ericsson has implemented their own non-standard variation of MM7, so there is a configuration option in NowSMS for whether it is standard MM7 or the Ericsson variation.

Beyond that, you configure the URL that your operator provides as the "Server Address".

The "Login Name" and "Password" prompts refer to the HTTP "Authorization:" header (also known as "Basic Authentication"). Some services want you to use this header for authentication, others do not.

If your provider tells you to use a particular "VASP ID", "VAS ID" and/or "Service Code", configure them in NowSMS ... if they do not, then they can probably be left blank.

"Connection type" is "To MMSC".

Make sure to configure a "Default Sender Address" ... and I recommand that you check "Allow Sender Address Override".

If you experience any problems, enable the MMSCDEBUG.LOG (this is done on the "Serial #" page of the configuration dialog), and then we can examine this log file to get an idea of what the problem is. (With some providers, it may be required that we change the MM7 schema version, or there might be some other clue in this log.)

The above is just talking about sending MMS through the provider.

If you want to receive MMS back from the provider, then they need to connect back to you. You define an account for the provider under "MMSC VASP". The provider then connects back to your IP address ... http://ipaddress:mmscPort/mm7/mmscvaspname=password.
