Hello, I've sent several thousands of MMS and a part of them have been placed in the \ERROR directory. First, I would like to know why a MMS is placed in this directory (what happened to them whereas the others MMS were sent correctly?). And the most important, how can i finally achieve to send these MMS waiting in \ERROR? Regards, Nicolas. | |||

Hi Nicolas, Apologies for the delay in response. There are a combination of factors that have slowed us down the past two weeks. If you want to attempt resending the message(s), move them from VASPQ\ERROR back to the VASPQ directory. We will only move a message into that directory if it fails for 24 hours, and has been tried at least 10 times. Normally, during the course of 24 hours it would be retried more than 10 times. After a failed delivery attempt, we retry it after 1 minute, then 2 minutes, then 3 minutes, up to 15 minute delays. Unfortunately, the error codes that come back can vary quite a bit depending on the type of MMSC interface that you are using. -bn | |||
