this is in response to an old thread that has apparently closed. The last message in the thread says: "Posted on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 - 10:44 pm: You could try the Nokia server service SDK 1.4 lib first, which just came out." I have experienced the exact same problem and applied the solution described in this thread using version 1.5 of the nokia sdk. So the fix is not there yet... | |||

I assume that you're referring to the following thread: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/485/4340.html The solution should be to fix the Nokia library as described in the 3rd to last message. But, there is probably an easier solution. I haven't tried this myself ... but based upon the description in that thread, I think it would work-around the problem. Update to NowSMS v5.51a (see http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/53/7888.html). In that version, when you define your MMSC VASP, there is a configuration option labeled "Remove white space from MM7 XML". Try checking that option. I suspect it will get around the problem where the Nokia library forgets to strip white space from the transaction id in the response. -bn | |||
