Sorry. I don't have a "how to" guide for how to deploy such a service. You might find some pointers in various postings here, but we don't provide a ready made kit. I can give you a pointer that you are probably looking for an SMS service provider that supports "premium rate" SMS in Canada. Premium rate SMS is basically reverse billed SMS, where you are able to send an SMS message and have the recipient charged for this message. I don't know what the current state of premium rate SMS is in Canada, but searching the web using keywords of premium rate Canada should hopefully return some information on providers with which you should inquire. -bn | |||
