I cannot send out MMS with photo, get this error message - 503 Service Unavailable.

Please advice how to fix this.

Hi,

This error is usually related to an MMS settings issue on the phone. Are you able to send and receive MMS messages using the built-in messaging client on the phone?

I took a look at your debug logs and noticed the following settings seem to be in use for MMS on the phone:

MMS Server/MMSC: http://lsmmsc.xtra.co.nz
MMS Proxy: 210.55.11.73:8080

Those are settings for Spark, but the phone seems to be on Vodafone's network, so those settings will not work.

I believe the settings should be:

MMS Server/MMSC: http://pxt.vodafone.net.nz/pxtsend
MMS Proxy: 172.30.38.3:8080

The phone also needs an MMS APN setting of live.vodafone.com.

yes, this settings was somehow changed in the mobile. I had changed it to below and it works.
MMS Server/MMSC: http://pxt.vodafone.net.nz/pxtsend
MMS Proxy: 172.30.38.3:8080
