Hi, I am having intermittent connections to my account https://royashoya.smshosts.com. I cannot maintain a steady connection to the cloud server from my Android phone because the connection keeps dropping and reconnecting time after time. What could be the cause of this? Kind regards, Roy | |||

Hi, Is the device connected to power with the display on? Some devices power down WiFi when there is no active traffic, and we do have some settings for how often data is exchanged during idle periods. However, you cannot adjust those settings in our cloud version....so I will talk to our cloud team about adjusting these settings on your account. This will take 24-48 hours. One idea...if you can turn off WiFi and let the device connect over mobile data, this may be more reliable. — Des NowSMS Support |
