in wtp spec, all primitives has the handle parameter. the spec said it's only local significance only, so i thought is really useless. becoz there are tid assure the correctness of the linkage. i can't understand the handle parameter. all i can figure out is that this parameter is supplement variable to the tid to simplify the tid. | |||
