A newbie to MMS...Please Help Me

hello, i just bought my first MMS phone yesterday (Motorola E365 on O2 network).

anyways, i can't seem to be able to send an MMS message. is there some sort of way to activate it or anything??? if somebody could provide a step by step because i'm still haveing trouble negotiating the menu's after reading the manual.

Before sending MMS with you mobile, you should set WAP gateway and MMSC homepage.
