Dear All !!!
Greetings..
We are using the trail version of nowsms.. and sucessfully connected to the smsc using smpp... and we are able to configure and use the 2ways sms...
1. We found in SMS-IN folder there are some unprocessed files with extension ".sms" .. can any one help me how to process this messages... i tried to rename them to ".in" extension.. but the system immediately renames it to ".sms" file...
2. We have a problem when receiving Arabic numbers from the mobiles... but the Arabic test is received perfect without any problem... When ever we receive a Arabic numerals "1,2.....9" and this data we are passing to oracle..and we found in oracle the data received will be some unknown character or space with the number... In SMSGW.ini file i have added the line ReceiveSMScharset=iso-8859-6"...
Thanks in Advance

Hi AlJazirah,

I suspect that the unprocessed sms are whose the execute command was not fecht in success, so check correctly your command setting, or the directory where you have your exe command. Be sure again that the prefix you run is correctly linked with your exe command. you can find some help about the 2-way tab in nowsms gateway, but may be good for you for your first question to go and read this thread linnk: http://www.nowsms.com/messages/index.htm
2. The numbers you get "1..22" are unicord format, because nowSms use UTF-8. So you mean that you have set the arabic format in iso-8859-6, we face this problem now, but for your case it means that Your default internal languages, arabic must be the default one, because you want to use Oracle DB. So after that NowSms will use your Receive format and Oracle will get in the same format. more again: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/4520.ht ml
