I'm using Now SMS as a SMPP server ("Enable SMPP server" is checked in the WEB tab, and I have entered a "Port number for SMPP server" value). With an SMPP client, I can connect to 127.0.0.1 and send an SMS - works like a charm!

However, I'd like to RECEIVE sms messages as well with my Nokia 6210 modem. This works, since the incoming SMS appears in the SMS-IN directory. However, the message is not forwarded to my SMPP client. With the "2 way" tab I only seem to be able to execute commands when a certain keyword is received, but I want to forward the message to the SMPP client with the SMPP protocol. How can I do this?

You need to create an SMS user under SMS users tab, then in the Edit User window dialog check the Enable SMPP Login for this user and Route received messages to user via SMPP.

This works for us, however, the routing is done before any processing (2 way tab) so we can't receive plain sms and mms for the same user (sms via smpp and mms via mm7). Because the mms notification sms is routed, when it should be processed and then forwarded via mm7. We haven't figured out how to work around that yet.
