Hello everyone,
I am a newbie in SMPP and i have a question. Is there a way to submit a message via SMPP with a length > 160 chars, without now sms splitting it? I know that this feature is available for HTTP connections. I want to test the splitting of the message of the SMSC i connect to but i can only connect with SMPP.
Are there any limitations set by SMPP protocol to prohibit this?

Thanks in advance for any information.

Hi KAE,

If you set "Use WDP Adapatation" under "Advanced Settings" for the SMPP connection, this will have the side effect that ALL long messages are submitted in a single request.
