Hello everyone, I am a newbie in SMPP and i have a question. Is there a way to submit a message via SMPP with a length > 160 chars, without now sms splitting it? I know that this feature is available for HTTP connections. I want to test the splitting of the message of the SMSC i connect to but i can only connect with SMPP. Are there any limitations set by SMPP protocol to prohibit this? Thanks in advance for any information. | |||

Hi KAE, If you set "Use WDP Adapatation" under "Advanced Settings" for the SMPP connection, this will have the side effect that ALL long messages are submitted in a single request. -bn | |||
