Hi, Now that I am sold on this tool, I need to learn more about how to best tune it for better SMS performance. Any tips on how to configure it for optimum use will be greatly appreciated. I am using Wavecom Fastrack. I want recommendations on what modems are the best in class and how to best tune them. I am also waiting on price list that one of your reps committed to send over a week ago. Right now Im running trial version set to expire in 54 days. We need to lock the deal down way in advance to avoid any last minute problems. | |||

Hi, I'd recommend setting "SMS Message Storage" to be "Direct to Modem" for best results when receiving messages. For sending messages, if your operator network supports it, you will see faster sending performance if you set "SMS Access" to "GPRS".
