Hello, i am developing an application that will send SMS messages through the Now SMS gateway. I have learned that the users information are stored in a CTR file in folder names "USERS" within the application folder. what i want from the CTR file is reading the balance of the user so i can show the balance on the web page of my application then check if there is any balance left before sending any SMS to the gateway. so is there anyway to read the CTR file. and does it stand for? Cobol Binary File? Thanks. | |||
