dear Sir , we are connecting to a direct Carrier connection via SMPP , nowsms Binds find.. and sedns fine through the web interface ..most of smpp clients connected to nowsms faces problem of "invalid Source TON Address " when submitting alpha ID to now sms then to this specific carrier.. When comparing Debug Logs.. Values passed are similar yet error occurs..the only smpp client that worked fine was Derdack SDK toolkit and Logica test toolkit All JAVA API and logica SMPP APIs didnt work werll | |||

Can I see these debug logs? NowSMS should automatically set the Source TON to 5 when submitting a message with an alpha sender over SMPP (unless you have configured NowSMS to use a specific source TON, which could be the problem). | |||
