hi ....
when i compose a msg using java program as given by this website and it worked for me yesterday but it is not working .that is messages are queued but they are not sent please give me a solution

I don't know enough about your configuration.

What type of SMSC connection are you using?

Look for the log file SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG (example SMSOUT-20121230.LOG), this will display information about outbound message delivery attempts. What does it show?

Hi,

CMS ERROR 500 is a general error that is returned by a modem in response to a submit request. This is an error being reported by the modem, not NowSMS.

In my experience, it happens most often when a phone/modem loses coverage. (For example, if you're setting things up in a server room, and the mobile coverage is spotty because you're deep inside of a building.) Moving the computer with the modem to a location with better mobile coverage may help.

There is one settings related issue that can make a difference. In NowSMS, select the modem from the "SMSC" list and press "Properties". Set "SMS Access" to "GSM". Press "OK", then "Apply".

Stop and restart the NowSMS service after making that change.
