hi, i'm dealing here with an operator that apparently filters WAP Push SMS's. when I send an SMS with a UDH that indicates port 2948, that part of the UDH is stripped when it arrives to the ME. is there any other way to utilize WAP Push messages, that doesn't use the common method of WDP in UDH through SMS? I'm specifically interested about service indication messages. thanks. | |||

Hi Babur, No, unfortunately there is not. If you are submitting via SMPP, the provider might expect you to use TLV parameters instead of UDH, but what goes out over the air would use UDH. -- Des NowSMS Support |
