Hi, You need to generate a new HTTP URL request back to the NowSMS server to send a message. Nokia ring tone and picture message UDH and DCS are mentioned here: http://www.nowsms.com/doc/web-menu-interface/send-binary-message Those formats are VERY old, so for more info, I'd suggest using the search function where there are 10+ year old threads with examples and discussion.
