Dear Support We observed that from NowSMS gw, when we click "view" outbound SMS queue, we found that some SMS pending which were submitted long ago like in May 2016 or Jun 2016 ..... etc. Those pending SMS ID are like: - SAR-+987654321-30-e.req - SAR-+123987654-1f-2.req Could you pls help to check if there is any setting error that will lead to pending SMS. Hi Nelson, Are there any corresponding .LCK files? Does the REQ file contain an SMSCRoute= directive, and if so, is it a valid route? The ID format looks strange...it should be SAR-recipientnumber-XX-segmentnumber-segmentcount.REQ If there is a missing part in that filename, that would indicate a problem. We did see an issue recently where an SMPP client was including - character in recipient numbers, ad that did cause issues for long messages.
