I have installed the Now SMS/MMS Gateway v2006.10.31 on a W2003 server. When I click on the Web Interface I get an Error message Service is not active. When I try to use the http://127.0.0.1:8800 is not finding the address. MMSCNT.EXE is running | |||

Try the netstat -an command from your command prompt. You might have to do this: netstat -an | more See if 8800 is in the LISTEN mode, it must be in LISTEN or it will not work. If it is not, the server is not binding to the port, and that could be for a variety of reasons. I will do my best to check in on you. What web server are you running? IIS? It is very particular.
