There are two kinds of WAP Push messages SI (Service Indication), segmented and not segmented. Not-segmented message is send under access channel. How is send SI segmented message? What’s the difference between segmented and not-segmented message?

I don't have any idea what you mean by "under access channel", I have never heard that terminology in this context.

But it is possible for a single logical SMS message (including a WAP push) to span multiple physical SMS messages. This is known as "concatenated SMS". The phone re-assembles the multiple segmented messages into a single message when it is received.

This is described in Section 9.2.3.24 of the ETSI GSM 03.40 specification, which can be downloaded at the ETSI web site (http://www.etsi.org).

Also, the Open Mobile Alliance explains how this works for WAP messages in the Wireless Datagram Protocol (WDP) specification, which can be downloaded at http://www.openmobilealliance.org/tech/affiliates/wap/wapindex.html. (See Section 6.3 of that specification.)
