I have just bought a Sharp phone (GX10) off a work colleague. The phone was previously on the Vodafone network, I have since had it converted to Orange and I am using my sim card. I have rang to have the sim updated several times. Each time the up date is sent, however I am still unable to receive or send picture messages. I rang again last week and was given some codes for MMS and WAP to key in to resolve the issue. I was advised that though Orange do not directly deal with this phone it should not really be a problem. Unfortunately I have miss placed them. If possible please could you send me the codes via e-mail. I will greatly appreciate any support | |||
