Hi all(most likely Bryce): here I met an issue between two different operators Vodafone and O2, one of our customer bought two GPRS camera enabled handsets from us(in China) and used in UK, and he found that after he took a picture and sent as MMS from one with Vodafone SIM, he could receive this MMS in another handset with O2 SIM, but he could not view the picture, and also, in sender side, the MMS size is about 25K, but in receiver side, the size has changed to 4K. he did the same thing from O2 to Vodafone, everything is OK, and he can play MMS perfectly. also, he tested it from T-Mobile to O2, the same issue happened. but it is OK in between Vodafone and T-mobile, Orange and O2. so I think the issue only resists in between Vodafone and O2(the receiver should use O2). T-mobile and O2 (the receiver should use O2). I wonder whether there is any special necessary procedures(such as resizing) needs to be done after O2 MMSC receive MMS and before sending out the MMS notification to receiver client?? | |||
