Hi allblue,

What if you create an MMS message on the Motorola phone itself? Can you include those characters in the subject line?

Do they display correctly sent back to the Nokia? Back to the Motorola phone itself?

As I assume that your question is relating to the Now SMS/MMS Gateway ... is it possible to configure the Morotola phone to use the Now SMS/MMS Gateway as its MMSC when you send to the other phones?

Assuming the Motorola phone has no problem sending to itself or the Nokia phone ...

Then you could grab the raw MMS message file from the MMSCDATA\yyyymmdd\hh directory ... and we could compare the encoding to see what character set they are using to encode the subject. E-mail the raw MMS file to nowsms@now.co.uk, along with some text to remind me why we wanted to see the raw MMS message file.
