to issue a mms get command, what will one fill the packet to commit the wsp? | |||

Same as if you were requesting any other content via WSP. WSP supports GET, HEAD, POST and other request methods, just like HTTP. However they are binary encoded instead of plain text. If you were implementing MMS on top of HTTP directly, you would receive an MMS notification, and you would issue an HTTP GET to retrieve the URL referenced in the notification. Same for WSP. | |||
