Union Telephone v2009.07.21

We have a new LG phones that seems to be sending a X-MSISDN header when sending MMS. The Now Wap gateway adds the correct X-MSISDN, but does not replace the one sent by the phone. The Now MMSC is using the first X-MSISDN header and not the one insert by No Wap using radius. This causes the MMSC to show the message coming from an incorrect MSISDN.

I have a attached a trace of the post to the MMSC.

Thanks,
Joseph

Hi Joseph,

Let's get you updated to the 2010.02.01 version.

I'm waiting to get some clarification on this from our engineering team. However, I've run some tests, and I can clearly see that the 2009.07.21 version will forward this pre-existing header, while the 2010.02.01 version will not.

Unless you are running the WTLS version, you can use the download for the eval version to update, using the form at http://www.nowsms.com/download-free-trial.

If you are running the WTLS version, I need to send you a different build. If you need this, please e-mail nowsms@nowsms.com with Attention: Des in the subject line, and include your serial number in the e-mail.
