OMA OTA Settings XML Database.

Hello!

While creating an OMA OTA/Smart Messaging settings service I found a following problem:
Although existing of common OMA standart, different devices implements this in a bit different ways.
For example, 6600 can't recive all(MMS,GPRS,WAP) settings in one message and saves only 2 settings, but it's OK with 6230. Siemens does not understand <characteristic type="BOOTSTRAP"> tag. ETC.

So, I suppose, the database with correct settings XML for each vendor/device should be created. And I guess, that ones who works a lot in this area already got something like this base...

Is it possible to get generalized information on correct XML files concidering devices/vendors individuality?
