Wap push in ucp PDU

hi all.

I require some help from people who succeded in encoding wap push in UCP PDU.

I know that my udh is correct (classical port adressing)
and my WSP too (verification ok).

(in this ex i assume checksum is ok)

you could see that Message type is 4 (transparent)
and is 424 bits long (which is < 140 octets (< 140*8 = 1120 bits so i don't need to concatenate)

I send 00/00197/O/51/XXXXXXXXXX/YYYY/////////////////4/424/200601AE02056A0045C60D036162 63008503616263E6A73703F693D616263000103302E6A7067000101////3//////010605040B8423 F0///XX
and i receive :
00/00035/R/51/N/02/ Syntax error/FA

i tried with MT = 4, MCI = 3 and no GSM DCS in xser field -> syntax error

mt = 4 no MCI and GSM DCS = 0201F5 - > syntax error

well can somebody help me please ? (with some example)
