Hi everybody, I'm trying to make the process of WSP get to get a MMS, I understood that the procedure is as follows:
MS ---------------------------------- network
<--MMS m-notification-ind---
--Open PDP Context Request->
<--Open PDP Context Response-
----WSP Connect REQUEST----->
<---WSP Connect REPLY--------
--------WTP ACK------------->
---- WSP GET REQUEST ------->
<--- WTP ACK -----------
<---MMS m-retrieve-conf -----
----MMS m-notifyResp-ind---->

I´m using a sierra modem (wavecom), with the help of AT commands, when make active PDP context when the AT+CGDATA or ATD*99***1# I receive ten consecutive times the same package, I want to know if this message belongs to the GTP(GPRS Tunnelling Protocol) protocol or WSP or another?

After receiving the message Ten times I receive notification of NO CARRIER!!
Am I doing something wrong?Or am I missing something?
Did I do the activation of PDP context?
What should I do after receiving these messages?
Should I start the process WSP Get?
This is the message:
7E FF 7D 23 C0 21 7D 21 7D 21 7D 20 7D 3C 7D 21 7D 24 7D 25 DC 7D 22 7D 26 7D 20 7D 20 7D 20 7D 20 7D 25 7D 26 FF 23 23 DC 7D 27 7D 22 7D 28 7D 22 7D 23 7D 24 C0 23 DF 43 7E

Anybody can help me to Decoding?
Any hints?
