Delay in sending SMS from NowSMS

Iam Nilesh from Vodafone Fiji. We have been using your NowSMS product since last 10 years. Recently we have started facing message delay issues. The system is licensed at 10 message per minute.

Attached is our version details as well.

Please if you can advise what we need to do ?

Hi Nilesh,

That's a pretty old version, so I'm not sure how much I can help you.

But maybe if you can provide some details about the configuration and how it is being used.

It looks like only the SMS service is active, so I assume you are posting SMS via HTTP?

What type of delays are you seeing?

What type of timing for the outbound sending of messages do you see in the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG?

What type of SMSC connection are you using?

hi Des,

Thanks fior the quick response. Keith has offered us a upgrade package and we will take it. This will bring the software level to the current.

Also, i managed to clear the queues in the Q folder and all is working normal now without any delays.
