what contain type suported by PAP_2.0_dtd does it text only or it also suport binary also ? or does any buddy know anout any UI componet for testing to send a message which fallow standers of PAP_2.0_dtd

It's not really a question of what the DTD supports, it's a question of what the device you are sending the push to supports.

Historically you are looking only at Service Indication (which has a text format and a binary format ... devices receive a binary format, but a push proxy gateway usually supports the text format and converts it to binary WBXML for delivery), and MMS Notification (using the MMS Encapsulation Protocol).

I would suggest you take a look at the specifications on the Open Mobile Alliance web site ... specifically Push Access Protocol and/or Service Indication and/or MMS Encapsulation.

As for UI component for testing ... it's hard to recommend because it is not clear what you actually want to do.
