am trying to send the following rights via wap push. However it does not seem to be working - my phone nokia 3200 give me a downloading failed message when it gets the push, anyone have any ideas where I am going wrong? The PDU is 40 - Transaction Id 06 - PDUType: Push 06 - HeaderLength: 6 03 - ContentType Length: 3 CB - application/vnd.oma.drm.rights+wbxml 81 - Charset EA - UTF-8 AF - x-wap-application 88 - drm.ua rights: 030E6A00C505850686078701464703312E30000101494A4648036369643A6964407869616D2E636F 6D0001014B4CC310F479761E29FC38B19926F7EFCB9769500101010D0101 any help appreciated!
