Dynamic Menu Control-Is there a way to control reciever's handset

hi everyone,
is it possible to do anything on reciver's handset just by sending OTA settings or anything else,through any WAP message?,anything means any event that is not initiated by user, like getting a autoreply or automatic download start,etc etc,
i understand if something like this is there then it must be handset dependent,
but if any one here knows anything in this way plz plz tell me ,,,,

hi dks,
i dont know much about it but Nokia supports DMCP which is known as Dynamic Menu Control Protocol, its udh addresses to port 1584(Hex)
u can search nokia forum for further help, or else wait for Bryce or any other guy out here for more help, and if you get somthing ,plz tell me also
