Hi,

I have followed the tutorial about configuring the GPRS modem (Connecting to an Operator MMSC - Sending MMS Messages ) and I had as a test connection result: "Connection test OK "
But when I tried to send an MMS message via the web interface I found the submission of sending the message on services but I found nothing on the phone

Here is a screenshot summaring that

Did you make that route the default route on the "MMSC Routing" page?

From the look of things, that route is only enabled for messages being sent to USA phone numbers (+1*).

Make sure this route is the "Default Route".

And make sure that the phone number you are trying to send to is NOT listed in the "MMSC Users" list.

If this does not resolve your problem, please enable the MMSCDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG (option to do this on the "Serial #" page). Repeat your attempt to send an MMS message, and post the MMSCDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG files in reply.

Thanks for reply (so clear) but unfortunately it doesn't work.Well here is the MMSCDEBUG.LOG
application/octet-streamMMSCDEBUG.LOG
MMSCDEBUG.LOG (8.1 k)

But I don't know why I can't get the MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG Nevertheless I had marked it in "Serial #" : here is a screenshot Screenshot_Serial

Try again, but wait longer this time ... and post SMSDEBUG.LOG, MMSCDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG. (Make sure checkbox is enabled for MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG.)

From the log file that you did post, I see that NowSMS is trying to access the modem to send the message out. However, the log stops before anything happens.

The only thought I have at this point is to make sure that on the "SMSC" page, you have "SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem" listed, and NOT a direct COM port number reference.

No. I am saying that make sure it is NOT a direct COM port number reference. It should appear in the "SMSC" list as "SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem".

The SMS and MMS components of NowSMS have to share the modem, and they get confused if you are using a COM port number on the SMS side.

I'd like to see a log that covers a longer time period, and from that we should be able to get a clearer picture of what is happening.
