Where I can to inform MCC/MNC to number ported? I need to inform that number X is from network operator Y. | |||

Who or what are you trying to inform? If you are using NowSMS as an operator MMSC, you need to implement a routing callback to inform the MMSC whether or not it is responsible for the destination/recipient address.
