Hi,
Please see the attached MMSC routing configuration that I was using so far, and it was working fine. All on a sudden it stopped working to send any MMS. I am using Rogers network.

After googleing I found Rogers WAP Gateway IP is different than what I was using so far.

From this site, I found the IP as 172.025.000.107
http://modmymobile.com/forums/30-razr-maxx/17027-rogers-grps-wap-internet-settings.html

I tried this one too but no luck.

Can you please help me to sort out the correct address for Rogers?

Thanks, MosaddiqueRogers_MMSC_Routing

Try http://172.25.0.107:8080 as the gateway address.

There are different gateways typically for WAP vs. MMS. This is the WAP2 MMS address. It sounds like the WAP1 address may have been shut down.

Thanks, but no luck.

Is there any other IP that I can try?

This was working for awhile, right?

How long?

Have you removed the SIM card from the modem and tried it in a phone to verify that there is nothing wrong with the SIM/account?

As you are setting the APN outside of NowSMS, verify that the APN is set correctly in the Sierra Wireless software (it should be media.com).

Doing some searches on the internet, it also appears that some newer devices are using a GPRS APN of rogers-core-appl1.apn, with a gateway address of the one that appears in your graphic.

Note that APN and gateway addresses are usually paired together, and you often cannot mix them.

You might want to try reconfiguring the Sierra software to not autoconnect. Then reconfigure NowSMS with "Network:" set to use the "Modem: xxx" entry for the Aircard instea of the "Network: xxx" entry. This is less efficient but allows the APN to be set by NowSMS instead of by the modem software.
