Hello, Using the forward mms to email address settings in SMSC connection mms settings is it possible to send or cc another email address. Your current documentation does state "specified email address" but just wanted to make sure Our current software uses a mail box to pick up new emails for content delivery however to avoid content duplication it deletes the emails after it has processed them and so forwarding all emails to another address is not suitable as it bypasses the first email all together - sending to more than one email address would enable other systems to also use this data Initially we thought Using 2-way command may allow a Mail to:*multiple senders* if supported but the "receive sms command table" does not seem to provide an action based on whether the incoming message is an sms or mms and our current 2 way configuration is already: (* - Mail to:email@address.com) send everything to email Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated kind regards | |||

Hi Bob, Sorry for the delay, I'm still working on getting an answer to this. What I can definitely confirm is that the 2-way command processor will send to multiple email addresses. Just separate them with a comma , By default, these commands process only against SMS messages, but in our more recent versions, there is an option to process MMS messages with the same commands. Like in the following example:  I tried using a comma for multiple email addresses in the SMSC connection MMS settings, and it did not work.
