I am making the specs for an application that will send an MMS message using the WAP Protocols. I was wondering which session-type would be the best to use communicating with the WAP Gateway of the provider's MMSC. Could I just use connection-oriented mode with SAR on every provider? Is it a basic feature that a provider should be capable of and will this method be available by every provider that offers MMS? | |||
