I have recently got a nokia 6100 and have attemped to get some ringtones. I ordered the ringtones via my account on a website and they sent me a web address to go and collect them off but every time i attempt to go to the address my phone says 'Unknown file format'. The web address finishes with .wml Is it the settings on my phone that is the problem or am i just doing it wrong? Please help! Thanks, Katy | |||

Hi, I'd really suggest that you need to contact customer service at the company that you ordered the ring tones from. The process of downloading the ring tone can vary from different ring tone providers. The Nokia 6100 supports WAP, so a ".wml" page should be fine. Assuming that you are not having a problem accessing other WAP content, it sounds like there is a problem at ring tone provider. -- Kent Williams Now Wireless Support | |||
