Hello,
I am testing the imelody format in a single sms via EMS, both for TDMA and GSM phones. However some of the tones i have converted do not seem to play in all the phones:
For Example the mission impossible tone:

BEGIN:IMELODY
VERSION:1.2
FORMAT:CLASS1.0
BEAT:90
MELODY:d5e5f5g5g4r3g4r3a4r4c4r4g4r3g4r3f4r4f4r4g4r3g4r3a4
END:IMELODY

The binary message is:
0C7F00424547494E3A494D454C4F44590D0A56455253494F4E3A312E320D0A464F524D41543A434C 415353312E300D0A424541543A39300D0A4D454C4F44593A64356535663567356734723367347233
we convert it to the binary file and send it to a Mototorola 210, but get an error that the tone is damaged and does not play.
If anyone has some insights.

Hi Carlos villagran,
I have another two question for imelody transfer.
Firstly, When you transfer the iMelody ringtone with EMS,Do you use "Information Element Identifier"=0x0c(User Defined Sound (iMelody max 128 bytes))?(TS23040)
Secondly, how to deal with the iMelody ringtone if it is bigger than 128 bytes?
Hope your response
