Good morning all, I'd like to set up a small company for sms-reselling, like many similar ones you can find on the net: where the user buy a package of sms, and then he is able to send these sms from a web interface. But I don't want to pass through another sms-reselling company. My questions are: how I can set up a real gateway, what is the hardware I need to buy? Do I have to contact the various mobile operators in my area to be allowed to route my sms through their networks? Thanx A LOT for your precious help!

Ok. So u don't want a direct link with u'r telecom. Few options are here. 1. Direct SMPP bind to telecom operator(SMSC) 2. Use interface service at telecom end, if available.i.e. web service, email to sms etc. 3. Use GSM Modems Options that i hve provided are in descending order of bandwidth. So GSM modem can provide u and option of sending SMS @ 5 sec per message. But its cheep and easy. So it would be better if u could read about all these options and than decide. best of luck Nauman Pakistan

You can easly buy an SMS gateway for that. There are many SMS gateway providers with great quality and many solutions. You will get direct http access to gateways and from there you can actually code scripts and do everything with sms. If you're intrested in SMS gateway you can google after SMS Gateway at google, or send me an mail at chc@it4you.no, with what you need an ill provide you for a specified price each sms. |
