Hi, anybody guide me How to recive and send greek message via SMPP v3.4. If someone sending greek message (without any encoding) can i recive this message via smpp correctly. I'm trying to send greek message without decresing it's length i.e. 160 character long, I know if i send encoded message in UTF-16, or other i will get only 70, 140 etc length. I want to use full 160 lenth, HOW? I have already heard about the GSM 03.38 7bit encoding, can i send message with this encoding, If yes what will be the values of dcs, esm or others, Shoud i encode the greek message before sending it with its right parameters like dcs, esm or others, Or send original greek message via value of esm,dcs etc. only.
