I have many connections to my operator, each connection can handle 2 sessions, each session 5 sms/sec. Since in the peak time we need much more than this, i am using multiple connection to send to one shortcode by choosing same smscroute for multiple connections, so if i sent one sms this way, it could be sent to any available connection. I wonder about one thing, could this be a problem to long messages? Say a message who get divided to 10 sms on sending, if these parts were sent using different connections, will the sms be reassembled right. I am asking about this because i got some problem in one sms, and i need to know about the "theory" regarding this matter Thanks

Hi, NowSMS makes sure that if one part of a multipart SMS message goes out via one particular SMSC connection, all other parts can only go out via that same connection. Generally speaking, multiple parts going out via different SMSC connections can cause reassembly problems, which is why we have these controls in place. -- Des NowSMS Support
