Hi, I am doing research on cell broadcast these days to improve my knowledge skills. I have some questions in mind, I will be obliged if you can help me in this regard. Q1. What changes are required in the operators’s network to enable a cell broadcast service? Q2. How secure this service is from Spamming? Q3. Can we get cell id from cell phone? Q4.
