Hi all, I´ve been looking around this forum for quite a long time now and I´m really amazed with the knolege you guys have. I was looking for something specific: I have a nokia 6xxx series runing on a CDMA network. I was trying to somehow download new ringtones to my phone. I had some success on mono ringtones by using the //SCKL1581 string. With poly rings i couldn´t do it. I think my operator blocks me to download *.mid from a wap connection. My question is: how many ways can I send a poly ringtone ? Only by wap push ? The thing is, if the transfer of ringtones is blocked from my operator how come they send me one if I buy it from them ?? In other words: how can a phone retrieve a poly ringtone even if doesn´t have a wap-push enabled brownser nor a mms capability. thnx a lot and sorry, i´m a newbie... best regards, Gabriel Reis | |||
