Hi thi is Raj,
When SL message is sent attributes like content type and application ID are mentioned to match the application recieving it, my doubt is wht if SL message is pushed with correct application ID but wrong content type what will happen, whether application will accept the SL message although content type is wrong.........and process it

The behaviour would be application dependent.

Generally speaking, most SI and SL push receivers are triggered by the content type rather than the application ID. This is because SI and SL push were originally introduced to the spec when they were the only types of push defined (so a lot of applications, including NowSMS didn't bother with specifying an application ID when sending an SI or SL push).
