Guys, I am working on an exercise to get a SMS downloaded to a CDMA SIM card. The ESME is having a SMPPV3.4 interface to the SMSC (Logica), and further it has a IS41.D connection to the MSC. However, after setting the DCS=0x16, PID=0x00, ESM_CLASS=0x40 (including UDHI), and a UDH inside the short message field, I am not able to get a message downloaded to the SIM. The message still reaches the inbox, and is blank. Please help.....with more directions... | |||
