I am also trying to understand this technology and was wondering if someone can answer the following questions: 1 - when sending video from cell to cell, what port is used and what gets put in the "from field@service.net"? How does the IP addressing work? Is this stuff vendor specific? 2 - what format are the videos sent by cell phones in? Are .3g, .3gp, .3gpp, .3g2 the only cell phone video extensions? 3 - does it matter how video is sent from the cell phone? For instance, is it better to send it "cell to cell" or "cell to cell's email" or "cell's email to cell" or "cell's email to cell's email"? 4 - what size video can be sent from the cell phone? Is this vendor specific? I appreciate all of your assistance. I am so behind in this technology and wanted to know some things before I run out and purchase a camera cell phone to explore! | |||
