Autoprovisioning and Mail-to MMS

Hello,
when Autoprovisioning is set, the user is provisioned with his MSISDN provided by the WAP GW (And the username and password if provided are discarded). but for receiving an MMS from a mail account the mail should be sent to username@domainname.

Is it possible with autoprovisioning to get both MSISDN and username=password? (surely if provided by the mobile phone.. http://.../username=password)

Or

Is it possible to send Mail to MMS with address : MSISDN@domaine.com without having to log into the SMTP server using an E-mail Client that supports SMTP Authentication.
