Hi, I run a marketing agency and we are looking to send vast volumes of multimedia content to mobile phones from a database of numbers we have in the UK, (not spam I must add). We do not want to charge the people receiving the message like most wallpapers you buy seem to do via premium rate numbers, but receive it free of charge as they would if a friend sent them a picture message. Firstly is this possible to do via non premium rate messaging? and what would be the best way to go about this and if you could provide links to recommended companies I would be very grateful. I understand that a WAP push is perhaps the best way so the receiver of the message uses a gprs download of the message which is free of charge? Many thanks Pete | |||
